C.S.A. Week 6

Like many of you I was awoke this morning with the wind screaming. We lucked out and did not have too much damage. I think the majority of plants affected will recover quite nicely. Additionally after a long day of weeding and picking. We FOR SURE will have cucumber's this week. We grow two types of cucumbers. One is called a Burpless cucumber and they grow in funny shapes and are considered seedless. They are not actually seedless the seeds are just less pronounced then your standard cucumber seed. Also we grow your typical slicing cucumber. They are both excellent in quality, texture, & size. The burpie's are a delicacy in my book.
